VINCI St. Modwen (VSM), the 50/50 joint venture between St. Modwen Properties PLC and VINCI PLC, are consulting on proposals to bring forward a stand-alone, landmark building on the Apex 1 site, as part of the wider Masterplan.
The development of the surplus land at New Covent Garden Market will transform the area into an exciting new Food Quarter, alongside a new Fruit, Veg and Flower Market, new homes, shops and commercial space, and more green space.
Consultation ran until the 30th September 2021 and has now closed. Thank you to those who have provided feedback on the proposals.
